We do not sell liquor online. All spirits in our database are for informational purposes only. You MUST purchase liquor in-store. We will NOT ship liquor. We do ship wine to the below states ONLY.

What do I need to know when placing an order?
To place an order with McKinley Wine and Spirits, you must first create an account. When you create an account, your information will be processed through an age verification system to verify that you are 21 years of age. You MUST be 21 years of age to purchase any items from this website. Please enter your home address so that the system can verify that you are over 21. Business addresses WILL NOT work and your account can not be verified. You will have the option of shipping to a business address when you check out. You may also encounter age verification errors if you have moved or changed your name recently, if you reside in another country, or if you enter an address different from your primary residence when setting up an account. For this reason, please use your home address when you register: you will be allowed to enter a different shipping address during the checkout process if you wish. We currently do not support international orders or addresses.
When an order in placed on our website, the funds from your credit card are held until an employee of McKinley Wine and Spirits reviews the order, ensures the stock and pricing is correct, and that it is one of our legal shipping states. Until this information is verified, your credit card will not be charged.
Your order will be shipped out via FedEx. This may not be for several days after you have placed an order. We wish to minimize the potential for damage to your goods and will hold shipment during periods of extreme temperature. You will be emailed a tracking number the day that your order ships. Please make sure somebody over the age of 21 is available at the address to accept and sign for the package. You WILL be asked to show ID. We are unable to leave packages that have not been signed for.
After you create an account, you can log in anytime and check out using your existing username.
**The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area.

All of our online credit card transactions are processed through Authorize.Net, an industry-leading provider of secure, reliable Internet-based payment solutions. Authorize.Net is a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant service provider and is audited yearly to confirm that it remains in compliance with the PCI DSS. The PCI DSS is a proprietary information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.

If a product was purchased in error or you have changed your mind, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will work with you to reverse the charge. All credits will be to your original form of payment.
However, once shipped, all sales are final except if you received a product in error of if product was damaged during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any and all returns at our discretion, as we have no control over packaging and transit time and cannot resell a product that may have been subject to damage from heat or cold. In some instances, we may be able to accept a return of an item purchased online and in that case we will credit your original form of payment.
